The Playbook
The inquiry is already revenue.
This is not a marketing plan. It is the operation underneath one.
Most properties spend heavily to create demand, then leave the first ten minutes after an inquiry to chance. The Atelier Playbook documents what should happen between interest and signature.
Five operating principles. They hold whether the property runs on a full CRM, a shared inbox, or a binder behind the front desk.
01
Capture everything
Every legitimate inquiry enters one system with source, timestamp, property, event type and ownership attached.
02
Respond while intent is high
Confirmation should be immediate. Human follow-up should have a measurable operating standard.
03
Qualify without creating friction
Collect enough information to route and prepare, not enough to make the buyer work.
04
Give every inquiry an owner
No shared-inbox ambiguity. Every qualified inquiry has a person, a next action and a deadline.
05
Measure the space between steps
Response time, inquiry-to-tour rate, tour-to-proposal rate, proposal-to-signature rate and lost-reason data should be visible.
The principles are the install.
Atelier installs each one as working infrastructure, with written SOPs and recorded training, then runs it against the same six numbers every month.
