Atelier Revenue Systems
Course at golden hour, from above
Who it is for · Country clubs

Six figures of banquet revenue, one shared inbox.

Member events, non-member functions, corporate outings and the holiday calendar. The demand is reliable. The desk that answers it is one person with a phone and a spreadsheet.
Where the business goes

Four places it goes wrong.

01

Slow, formal, late

The reply is polite, thorough and arrives on day three. Non-member buyers have sourced two other clubs by day two.
02

Member and non-member tangled

Both land in the same inbox with the same treatment, and members notice when they are treated like leads.
03

Banquet reported by memory

Nobody can say what last quarter closed, from which source, at what average spend, without three days of assembling it.
04

One person holds it all

When the events director is on vacation the desk is dark, and the calendar is the only record of what was promised.

The board asks how banquet did. Someone answers from memory.
What goes in

The same system, every time.

Nine components, installed whole. These are the six that carry the most weight at a club.

Installation, one time
$1,500
Per month, we run it
Installed in thirty to forty-five days. Monthly after that, cancellable with thirty days’ notice.
Every inquiry channel in one place
Replies written and tested against your real pricing
Routing and escalation set
Site visit booking live
Contract and deposit sequence written for club events
Dashboards connected
Your team trained, recordings in hand
Same build every time. That is why it has one price.
The published price is per property. A portfolio is priced per property with a reduced rate from the fourth, confirmed in writing before any work begins. Over ten properties, the shared systems change the scope and it is quoted as a portfolio.
The guarantee
Five-minute response on 95% of qualified inquiries.
Measured over the first thirty days after go-live, from the timestamp on the inquiry to the timestamp on the reply, across every channel we install. Qualified means a real inquiry with a contactable sender, defined in writing before install and visible in your log. Miss it and the installation fee is refunded in full.
Speed at the top of the funnel shows up as site visits booked and function space sold.
What clubs ask

Questions from the desk, the GM and the board.

Members come first. Will this treat them like prospects?

No. Member inquiries route on their own path, answered by name, never placed in a nurture sequence. That rule is written into the install.

Where does our member data sit?

Your club system stays the system of record and does not move. The reply system reads what it needs and writes back to it. Access is scoped, named and revocable, and we document exactly what is touched before anything is connected.

The board has to approve new systems.

We provide what a board or finance committee asks for: data flow, access scope, retention, cost, and a named accountable owner. The install sits on top of the club stack rather than replacing anything in it, which is usually the shortest approval path.

Our board wants numbers, not dashboards.

You get six numbers a month and a quarterly view that can go into a board packet without being rebuilt by hand.

We use club software that cannot be replaced.

It stays. We connect to it, route around what it cannot do, and leave your system of record where it is.

Find out what your response time actually is.

Fifteen minutes. We look at your inquiry flow, your channels, and where the function business is being lost. You leave with the number whether or not we work together.
