Privacy notice

This notice explains what information Atelier Revenue Systems LLC (“Atelier,” “we”) collects through this website and in the course of client work, how it is used, and how long it is kept. It is drafted for a United States-based consulting and systems implementation company and should be reviewed by counsel before publication.

Information we collect

We collect only what is needed to reply to you and to deliver the work:

• Information you submit through forms on this site: name, email address, company or property name, property URL, property type, and the content of your message.
• Scheduling information when you book a call, including the time selected and any details you provide in the booking form.
• Standard website and analytics data such as pages viewed, referring source, approximate location derived from IP address, and device or browser type.
• During an engagement, information contained in the client systems we are given access to, as directed by the client.

We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we do not seek sensitive categories of personal information.

How we use it

• To respond to inquiries and to schedule and conduct calls.
• To perform, support and document contracted implementation work.
• To send operational messages relating to an active engagement.
• To send occasional written material where you have asked to receive it. Every such message includes an unsubscribe link.
• To maintain the security and integrity of our own systems, and to meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Service providers

We use third-party providers to operate the business, including a CRM and marketing platform, email and calendar services, scheduling, website hosting, analytics, and payment processing. Those providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and security commitments. A current list of providers is available on request at hello@atelierrevenuesystems.com.

Client data

Where we work inside a client’s systems, the client remains the owner and controller of that data. We act on the client’s instructions, request the minimum access needed to perform the work, and remove our access at the end of an engagement. Retention

Inquiry and contact records are retained for as long as needed to respond and to maintain ordinary business records. Engagement records are retained for the period required by contract, tax and professional obligations. Retention periods are under internal confirmation and will be stated here once finalised.

Your choices

• You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we are required to keep.
• You may unsubscribe from written material at any time.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We honour those requests without requiring you to create an account.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies for basic functionality and for aggregate analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; core pages will continue to work. Specific analytics and advertising tools in use are subject to internal confirmation before this notice is finalised.

Security

We use least-privilege access, credential management, and review of vendors and integrations. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim certification under SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS or HIPAA.

Changes

If this notice changes materially we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify active clients directly.
