Published pricing

Prices shown on this site are the current published prices for the standard implementation and its ongoing operation. Scope, fees, portfolio rates and any performance commitment are governed solely by a signed agreement. Where a signed agreement and this website differ, the agreement controls.

Performance commitments

Any response-time standard or refund commitment described on this site applies only as written in the executed agreement, including its measurement method, exclusions and duration. Illustrative figures, sample reports and sample inquiry logs shown on this site are demonstrations of format, not client results.

Client engagements

Implementation work is performed under a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, term, confidentiality, data handling, intellectual property and termination. Access to client systems is granted by the client and may be withdrawn by the client at any time.

Intellectual property

The site, its text, layout, photography and the Atelier name and marks are owned by us or licensed to us and may not be copied or republished without permission. Deliverables prepared for a client, including written SOPs, sequences and recorded training, are addressed in that client’s agreement.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or to any system connected to it.
• Do not scrape, mirror or republish site content at scale.
• Do not submit false or misleading information through forms, or another party’s information without their permission.

Third-party services and links

The site links to and embeds third-party services, including scheduling and CRM tools. Their use is subject to their own terms and privacy notices, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Venue and dispute-resolution provisions are subject to legal review.
